How to Get Started

Getting started with KIND is simple. Just follow these three easy steps, and you’re on your way to securing high-quality, affordable dental care for your child.

1. Qualify

   KIND serves children up to the age of 18 whose families are considered low-income by Federal Poverty Level and KIND percentage guidelines. We also accept children with Medicaid and CHP+. To qualify, please fill out KIND’s eligibility application and return it to us at:

2. Schedule

   Once KIND receives your application and verifies your eligibility, you can schedule an appointment at any of our facilities. Click here to contact our facilities in Denver and Colorado Springs.

3. Go!

   Once you’ve qualified and scheduled your appointment, the last step is easy! Get your child to his or her appointment with plenty of time to find the facility and fill out any necessary paperwork. You will be asked to make your payment on the day your child sees the dentist.
